Hi! I’m Stella
Born in ‘98, I’ve lived for all my life in Clauzetto, a small town overlooking the Friulan valley.
Since I was little I’ve pursued creativity in many of its forms, from painting to photography, including artisanal skills and crafts.
After graduating high school I attended the “Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli” in Spilimbergo, where I got my diploma in 2020.
Meanwhile I carried on with my university career at the Università di Udine where I earned my master’s degree in digital storytelling in 2024.
Over time I’ve gathered a set of seemingly unrelated skills and experiences, which in reality complement and stimulate each other.
Atelier dell’Astro aims to be a creative shop where these abilities come together: from the graphic design of sketches, to the narrative path of an artwork, to the use of local artisanal materials and techniques.
This way a mosaic becomes the result of combining a moltitude of tiles different from each other, that fit together to create a harmonious whole.

The Atelier
Atelier dell’Astro is a small artisanal mosaic workshop located in the center of Clauzetto.
Here you can commission your mosaic work starting from your idea: together we will define the design, we will pick the materials and the most fitting technique.
Wether it is the copy of an ancient mosaic, a contemporary work or a portrait, every aspect will be considered carefully.
For small groups, associations and educational organizations, I offer the possibility of organizing personalized mosaic workshops.
Even in this case we will choose together the activity that better suits the needs of the group.
Inside my shop I always keep a few small pieces ready to deliver, perfect for last minute gifts and souvenirs, contact me and i will be happy to show you and help you choose what fits you.
